Returns & Exchanges

At ATS Tiles & Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation project. If your tiles or fixtures aren't a perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all tiles and bathroom fixtures are securely packed in their original, unopened boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Return the goods to our central warehouse via a tracked courier service or drop them off personally at any ATS Tiles showroom location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the items are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
